What makes a person an effective minister of Jesus is staying in Prayers and with the Word
-To be respected is Spiritual 
It is God that puts your respect in people's heart to give you access
As a Pastor if you take out Prayers out of your ministry,you are DEAD!
Your ministry,your dreams,your aspirations can be reality with prayers
Fresh manner can be gotten on the wings of prayers

Every destiny birthed on Prayers can be sustained



Prayer is privilege to partner with God
No matter the amount of revelation you have, if it's not backed up with prayers, it is still Letters not Spirit that gives life.

How do you plug into a bright destiny?

Why?
Because I am Spiritually down
No,that's when you need to join the gathering of the brethen
No man is meant to charge himself.

Anybody that encourages your prayer time is your friend.

The best kind of friends are gotten through prayers and praying time together 

Let nothing steal your Prayer time.

Men have been commanded to show you favour,prayer makes them willing to be good to you
